Service Description: One-year RAF Strength & Fitness Membership

Payment Terms: With the agreed one year membership payment, the Client will receive a 12% discount on the standard rate.

Payment Due Date: The full payment is due immediately.

By signing below, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment Obligation: The Client agrees to pay the full amount for one (1) year of service with RAF Strength & Fitness on the due date specified above.

2. Service Period: This agreement entitles the Client to one (1) year of access to gym classes provided by RAF Strength & Fitness.

3. No Holds Policy: Please note there are no holds on this agreement except for medical or emergency reasons.

4. Refund Policy: There are no refunds once the payment is made.

5. Acknowledgment: The Client acknowledges understanding and agreement to these terms.
